Hi all,
1st post here (long time lurker..). I'm heading away on a package holiday in 3 weeks time and I'd like to get a earphone adaptor so I can use my own earphones on the plane to watch the inflight movie instead of the extortionate prices that the airlines charge for the VERY uncomfortable plastic pieces.. I guess its a double 3.5mm jack (out) to single 3.5mm jack (in) that I'm looking for (please feel free to correct me) but if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

My first stop would be Poundland. Theres earphones of all kinds in there. The most I have paid for an airlines earphones is £5 so you don't want to pay any more than that. Or maybe you could buy them this time and keep them for future use?2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

I got an adaptor free with a set of headphones I bough, the headphones did cost $300 but I got the adaptor free. and a CD player.
I know where your comming from with the crap they sell on the plane so I decided to invest in a set of the bose QC2 headphones and they are well worth the money. when it comes to listening to the in flight entertainment you couldjsut listen in mono by plugging your headphones in to 1 of the ports. I used ot do that becasue the plane ones hurt my ears.0 -
