provident personal credit rebate

i have a reply from provident when i asked how the interest and rebates are calculated they state that a complex maths formulae in line with the consumer credir rebate of 2004 does anyone have this formulae and how to use it it must somewhere on the web!!! thanks

although complicated, effectively it bascially says that the interest is charged on a daily basic plus it is permissible to charge a months interest penalty.
