iPhone 3GS price drop from Tesco Mobile

Tesco Mobile customers can now purchase an iPhone 3G 8GB for £100, an iPhone 3GS 16GB for £200 or an iPhone 3GS 32GB for £275 with a new 12-month contract, on a £35 per month tariff.

They are all "unlimited" deals, meaning you get unlimited texts, data and Wi-Fi each month, as well as 750 minutes worth of voice calls.
There's also now the option to get get a free iPhone 3GS 16GB, with unlimited calls, texts, data and WiFi on a 24-month contract for just £45 per month.

on reflection this doesn't appear to have happen today. This is fairly standard pricing compared to O2.

:think: i'm confused as T3 have also said this happened today.

Free 16gb 3GS @ £20 /month as long as you take it out for two years ?
250 mins/unlimited texts/ free web/wi fi for one year(what happens for your second year?)
If that's the case,this seems like the best Iphone deal thus far.
