kiss tickets prize not recieved

hi i got a wem on 9th march to say id won tickets to see kiss at venue of my choice from live nation.co.uk i emailed back my address etc but havent recieved anything yet ive tried emailingm left a facebook message and had no reply today ive tried ringing the contact i have but got a voicemail ive left a message so hoping for a reply, i know sometimes tickets dont come out till nearer the gig but i need to know if they are standing or seated as i have friends who wish to buy tickets so we can meet up x anyone else win and not heard anything? help appreciated
