Address to write to Santander?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me?

I have a loan with Santander (was A&L) that I have not paid this month as wwe are going into a DMP and I am making token payments to everyone this month.

I've been waiting for Santander to write to me so I could get an address to send the token payment to. Their letter arrived this morning, but no address on it for me to write to! There is a PO BOX address, but I don't think I can send something recorded delivery to a a PO BOX address?

Would anyone happen to have an address for Santander collections dept or head office? I really don't want to ring them and ask them and get into a discussion over this!!

I sent a letter recorded delivery to a PO box number recently (a govt. dept)

All correspondances from them to me comes from Collections Operations, Santander Loans, PO Box 398, Sheffield, S9 2GQ. Their reqistered office is, 2 Triton Square, Regent's Place, London NW1 3AN

Hope this helps, all correspondance does get to them via their PO Box though.
