You're going on 'ping for fun' and that is the reason, maybe you haver to scroll down to click ' start' and then you will be playing for real

I won a camera but got the sorry you havnt won on screen and no email,give them a ring they can tell you if you won or not and you just have to wait for the call to confirm your address and so on.Well done on winning.x

You should get an email straight away but on a few occasions when I have had a sorry no win message, I have then got an email at midnight to say different?? HTH
