I am not sure if i have won a camera my name is there and i did enter at that time but it said i hadnt won:o on the on screen message so those that have won how long did it take to receive the winning email0 -

I've won 12 lots of chips so far, yesterday , I got a 'sorry' but when I checked my emails , there was a wem for chips !!!!Every other time I've got the message 'Congratulations' as soon as it pinged....very odd !!0

The win or lose is determined as soon as you click the submit button. When hubby won yesterday the email came through immediately after clicking the button but the timer on the microwave carries on for the full 3 minutes. Have you checked junk mail?
