I think you would be quite safe to phone hunni, if you are worried. The lady I spoke to was lovely.

Thanx TMK for the telephone number I called and was told to wait a bit longer as it could take up to 28 days. ( I won phone on 1st May) If I've not heard anything by end of month to call back. Very nice girl who said not to worry I WILL get the call and without me asking she said no ID will be required just confirm my address.

think this is were the confusion is arising from, the phone number 0800, is mccain, the number i called is the ACTUAL handling house department who are dealing with all the claims, one department saying 1 thing and other saying something else, hope everyone gets there stuff soon, be lucky x x
