its not accepting my code!! do you have to leave spaces when entering the code? and when entering the time ie. 09:42 do you have put it as 0942? Can't believe I can't do something as simple as entering a code on-line!!

No spaces hun, no colons, just type it all in one long thing. Good luck. :j

kirstym - your code should have 1 letter (I think its always "S") and 14 numbers (sometimes the last two are hard to see as they are printed on the black box in black ink!) but the last two digits should be either "14" "15" or "16" - no spaces or colons.

Hope you get it to work - there is a contact route I'll get it for you if you can't get it to accept the code, good luck

Thanks toomanykids, I was stupidly looking at the outer pack not on the actual box!! whoops! I blame being up with the kids for too many hours already!
