I am looking to relocate from one area to another, currently have a 3yr fixed rate mortgage that ends in Nov, house is valued in region £90k was purchased oct 2007 for £104k, repayment mortgage has o/s of £105000, new property valued at £99950 but reduced from £115k
can i transfer existing mortgage or is it best to start again, i can get help with guarantor who has land and property but is over 60yrs.
any suggestions???

Well it depends on a lot of different factors, the only one who will be able to answer yr question/s accurately is who you have borrowed the money from/ie yr lender............0
