Just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with Kent Reliance Building Society and if so what are they like? Thinking of opening a fixed rate 2 year bond with them grateful for all replies, thank you:beer:

I have had over the years and still have a fixed rate i.s.a. with them. They have always been very quick and efficient even when transferring an i.s.a. away from them. No doubt they are similar with their other products.
C.S. reps have always been knowledgeable when contacted by 'phone, e-mails are answered usually very quickly.
Bear in mind, the above is just in my experience.0 -
My experience was similar, though I don't happen to have any accounts with them at the moment.0

I have also found them very efficient. Had no problems so far.0

Dealt with them for many years with no problems.
They used to have 1 of top paying ISAs but now there's better elsewhere.0 -
I have used them for years and found them very good. They own their own back office company in India which keeps their costs down and they are super efficient.0

Thanks to all who have taken the trouble to reply, sounds good to me!0

I applied for an ISA Transfer pack from them last week. It came pretty quickly but I didn't expect a business reply envelope that I had to put a stamp on. It's a good job that there's a list of freepost addresses on these forums.0

This must be another way the they have found of keeping their costs down!:)0 -
Lazenby is certainly overpaid at £535,000 in 2009 - a rise of 10%. But no one puts Beale of the Nationwide in the corner in terms of fat cat pay in the Building Societies. He's probably on three or four times that.0
