I am thinking of applying for Outline Planning Permission for the site next to my house that I built 3-4 years ago.
The site is exactly the same size of the one I am on at the min so it would be for similar house style 2 storey around 2200 sq ft.
The location is in the Craigavon area would anyone know the chances of getting this approved??
By the way, there have been houses built around the area and the site I am applying for will basically be for an infill!

Well our First Minister has said in his recent interview with Seamus McKee on BBCNI that he would help anyone who asks with such matters so send him an e-mail. peter.robinson@ofmdfmni.gov.uk

The current planning policy is PPS21- google it- its pretty clear about most circumstances (It may be replaced later this year)
Make an informal enquiry at your local planning office, who will (should?) have more detailed local knowledge.
If its looking tricky well worth employing a planning consultant.
Best of luck
