Fruit yogurts...what can I do with them

I have 8 ski fruit yogurts (with bits in) that my kids wont eat, what can I use them for or make them into?

Already used some others for smoothies, anyone have any other ideas please?

You can make something like a cheesecake without baking
Mix yogurts with some gelatine, sugar (if like sweeter), leave in the fridge to set You can top up with fruit and jelly

I made these scones that were originally posted on the Daily thread by Money Saving Diva :T They are gorgeous and very easy to make. I have made them with apricot or peach yoghurt with chopped apricots and also with any other fruit youghurt and any other dried fruit. DH & I particularly liked dried cranberries and black cherry yoghurt :)

Apricot Scones

8oz self raising flour (I used half white and half wholemeal)
(just under) 1 tsp granulated sweetener (or about an oz of sugar I guess) I used 1oz of sugar
2oz lard I used butter
2 - 3 oz chopped ready-to-eat apricots (I guess if you use dried you would need to soak them first)
6 fl oz apricot yoghurt This is about one average size pot
pinch salt
• Sift the flour and add the sweetener and salt and rub in the lard
• Add the chopped apricots and mix in the yoghurt til you have a stiff dough. (I found I needed a drop of milk too)
• Roll the mixture out and cut into scone sized rounds.
• Grease a baking tray and place the scones on it.
• Bake in a hot oven at 220 C for about 10 mins or until they smell done! (or look golden brown)
Hope this helps.

Make a yoghurt cake

1 pot yoghurt
2 pots sugar
2 pots vegetable oil
3 pots SR flour
2 eggs

Empty yoghurt into a bowl and then use the pot to measure other ingredients, all all together then mix. tip into a loaf tin and bake on 150c for 1 to 1.5 hours or until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool and cut into slices. Works with any flavour yoghurt.

• Could you whizz them up with bananas and freeze them in ice lolly moulds?
• You can pour them over ice cream - sounds strange but tastes fab!
• Thanks for all the suggestions, I am going to try some ice lollys, the yogurt cake and the scones, should all be gone by then!
