I'm looking for an MP3 player to keep me entertained when I'm at the gym. Will be mainly used for Radio 4 podcasts so doesn't have to be top quality or have a huge memory. Just need a basic jobbie with earpieces. Any ideas?
Thanks all.
Thanks all.

I bought a Sansa Clip+ mp3 4gb player a couple of months ago from Currys for £24.99. This offer appears to back on at the moment too.
This is presently available for store collection only.
CashbackKings are giving up to 3.5% cashback, Quidco and Topcashback are both giving 3%.0 -
I have the 8gb (I think) sansa clip which I find fab for the gym. easy to use in general and even when on cross trainer, small, light......I love it:)0

I just bought this:

(Think its even cheaper on Amazon). Best MP3 player for the gym as there are NO WIRES!! It works with WMP fine and transfers really quick too. There were some waterproof issues (about people sweating and the machine cutting out) but I think they fixed it and withdrew the faulty products as the one I have seems fine and I sweat a horrible veering on scary amount!
Its only 2gb but enough for a few hours- even I don't spend thay long in the gym per session!!
It comes in different colours but for some reason they cost more (like more then double!) I queried this with both John Lewis and Sony and they both came back basicly saying its the colour that makes it a lower price, apparently not as popular as black or white.0 -
It's actually more expensive on Amazon selling for £54.99 where as John Lewis are selling these for £29.95. Even more expensive if bought via Amazon Market Place as well.0

If you're going to get the Sansa Clip+ bear in mind not to catch the headphone cable as I broke the clip off after catching it on a kitchen drawer last night. Wish now I'd just left the Sansa Clip+ in my pocket rather than clipping it onto the pocket of my jeans.
Oh well never mind, the Sansa Clip+ still works OK though.
No point getting upset about this, just wanted to point it out.0
