I have just received my refund! Initial claim made in January 2009 so it took them 15 months. I did write again in January this year, so I expect that was the lucky letter that triggered them to action my claim.
In total it took me three letters, 2 of them recorded delivery to get my money back. P*** poor, Ernst and Young!
