QC 17 & PWC not in receipt of child benefit

Hi,
To those of you who know us, we finally have a Tribunal hearing date for end of May. So, hopefully LO, CCJ, interim charge on house etc etc for totaly absurd and proveable incorrect assessment, can be sorted.
So latest installment, youngest dd turned 17 in Jan 2010, so NRP asked CSA to do child benefit check as he believed that dd was not in an education. So, CSA confirm child benefit has not been paid to PWC since 03.09.2009, and state that they have closed case effective from this date. They inform PWC, and the day after they inform PWC case is closed, this is what they have sent in appeal papers ' PWC rang and informed us that she had not realised child benefit had not been paid to her for past 5 months, she will contact child benefit office'. Therefore child support case reinstated, as child qualifies????????????????????????????????????????????
So, my question is , obvioulsy the PWC is trying to pull a fast one, no child benefit paid to her for 5 months and she didn't notice?? Other thing of course is, that she had been receiving child tax credits and working tax credits, so assume that maybe these also not paid for the same 5 month period, so 'PWC may also have not noticed that these were not paid to her'. So, she's either lying through her teeth or has more money than sense, not to notice money not being paid to her.
How do we progress with this?????? I feel I want verification from PWC in form of college enrollment and also attendance if dd is studying, and full benefit check from CSA as cross reference, but Tribunal, we know of old get hacked off, if you tell/ask them for certain instructions.
Just don't wanna be taken for a ride again by PWC, if dd is studying now, it will be as a result of PWC being 'rumbled' by CSA regarding child benefit, and bet dd attendance not 100%

Call the benefit dwp hotline and the working tax helpline They will help investigate it for you .
I keep them informed of all payments that are paid to pwc just incase she forgets to let them know .As of Monday i dont need to inform the dwp anymore
Can you not ask the child (if you are on talking terms ) what they are up to regarding further education0 -
As CSA_Help says - are you on speaking terms with the daughter to ask her about school? Do you have parental rights and the ability to converse with the school she is attending regarding attendance, progress etc.?0

The only issue you may have with that is if dd has gone to a further education college as opposed to a sixth form college is that parental rights do not give you the right to find out if your child is attending properly. We had this one and the college told us that they would have to ask the child if it was ok to talk to us???? By definition he is a child but apparently because it is an FE college then they are classed as adults - honestly!
Also to qualify for further education they only need to enrol on a course for 12 hours a week.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
Not had any contact with dd for many years, not my choice, I tried every way for many years, but on contact days, PWC tried everything 'child poorly tummy today, too unwell to see daddy, child at friends party today cannot see daddy etc etc', so I cannot ask dd direct, but will contact dwp hotline and working tax helpline.
Many thanks for advice.0
