As the others have said as you have an IPA you are obliged to inform them of any change in circumstance, if you did not have an IPA then as you are discharged you would not need to inform anyone. Sometimes this can work for you and others it will work against you.

There is nothing to be confused about:) even though you are discharged you are in an IPA, therefore you have to inform MB/OR until your IPA has finished.

Ok thanks I've found my form i signed 'point 8' does state I must inform them of any change in Income so think i'll ring them tomorrow and ask regarding a change in my rent payment....you never know as it isn't an increase in income I may get away with it! Appears a big grey area to me but thanks for all your advice

The confusion is that there were 2 versions of the IPA form. One stated that you had to tell them of any charges during BR. The newer version that has been used for a few years now states that you have to tell them of any changes for the duration of the 36 month IPA.

yeah the second one makes sense and I understand the changes just I believe when it states 'changes in income they must be informed' what it doesn't state is 'changes in outgoings'...seems strange and me being picky but it should state 'changes in you financial statement' but i'll phone monday and if I get a supprise i'll update you guys/girls

Hi...sorry I've been adrift...all the others have answered the confusing bit....which os pretty much what I wrote too...
No, no need to declare. The OR [Moonbeever in practice] needs to be informed of income changes, only whilst undischarged.....or following ED/AD up until an IPA ceases. [this allows for an IPA to be reduced/removed if income drops, for example.
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......

Does it specifically say 'change in income'? If so, I don't see how change in circumstance would have to be reported.

In any event, your rent will be £250 cheaper and it will be a secure home for you so even if you have to pay moonbeaver more for the next 2 years, after that the benefit will be all yours!

so you wouldnt inform them of an increase in rent either and expect them to reduce the IPA?
