Dammit I hadn't even got into these online discounts yet! Was planning to do it next quarter as I now have a clubcard plus to use online!

Thanks for that spentafortune, I thought they may well clamp down on it at some point. I don't tend to use Tesco on-line shopping as I prefer to see the items I purchase but I can imagine regular shoppers will be looking at alternatives if the savings aren't there.

Don't know if I'll carry on shopping online there now, shame really as it was a lot easier but without the discounts it's cheaper elsewhere.

anyone know if the general codes (xx-2sum, and so on) are still working?
i have some online shops booked just to take advantage of them.

I have shopped online with Tesco for a year using codes, mainly extra points ones but lately have only been able to get £5 off which covers delivery.

If they dry up though will go to Sainsburys as they offer free delivery Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday if you spend £70+ and cheapest Tesco delivery is £4.49.

i had an order delivered and CS said they would credit the 2SUM points manually as checkout wouldn't accept the code.

i wanted to do that a couple more times, but won't bother if they're likely to refuse.

i'll give them a call tomorrow and ask.

I've had problems with my XX codes this morning and they were ones that were actually sent to me personally by Tesco.
