Article in todays Express in the 'money' section- MFI have agreed to a reverse dowry with merchant equity. They are paying them £130 000 000 to take the business off their hands. ME are paying the nominal amount of £1 for legal reasons, similiar to MG Rovers deal earlier this year (or was it last year?).
So, this appears to be the fate of MFI...
...I guess ME forgot they could of used their deals tokens and saved 75p

I hope it's not the end of the MFI deals and Tesco association. I am hoping to get my new kitchen for the new extension at the end of this year.
