..........as the weekly payment was 3 days late, yes I know it has been Easter but It should have gone in today and the lady on the end of the phone agreed.
During this conversation she told me that there was a new text service that you could send a text to and it would tell you if a payment was due to go into your account.
So, can you guess what I am about to tell you? ...... I sent the text and...........
IT DOES NOT WORK :rotfl:, in fact it does not even send.....
Anyone else had the pleasure of this latest CSA screw up? :silenced::wall:

not the same thing but recieved a giro cheque this week for £20 (not bad after 11 years of waiting) with a letter saying it would be easier for them to pay directly into bank (although they have had my bank details since the start of my claim)and to call the number at top of letter so i rang only to find the number doesnt exist much the same as all the other numbers they have given me over the years0

Its no suprise the text system doesnt work. Its like the CSA computer systems, protocals and staff, fundamentally failing a predominent number of times. When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0
