MY WIFE PAID IN AT A SANTANDER CASH MACHINE £1070 IN CASH GOT A RECEIPT AND THOUGHT NO MORE ABOUT IT ,NOW TWO WEEKS LATER JUST RECIEVED A LETTER SAYING THEY DID NOT FIND THIS ENVELOPE AND HAVE REDEBITED THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT .HOW DO I STAND WITH THIS ?? GOING FOR THE ROW IN BRANCH TOMORROW .PLEASE ADVISE:mad::mad: THESE BANKS REALLY GET UP MY NOSE :beer:

went to my branch and they had infact recieved the envelope payment but they say it was only £1050 not £1070 so we are adrift by only £20 they are looking into as they say there was quite a few problems with cashpoint deposits that day.:j:j:j NO SHOUTING REQUIRED0
