Cost of Living

Hi

My employer is giving a "cost of living" pay rise. What is this calculated at so I can make sure I'm not being diddled?

Thanks

I think they can pretty much set it, don't think there's anything set in stone but I could be wrong.

When I worked for the NHS in the PCT it was always 2.5% but when I went to work for a GP he said he would give us 1.5% and then more depending on how well we had done the previous year.

Wonder why I'm going back to work for the PCT next month! :rotfl:

Where does the time go?
