Mortgage App - Bank Statement Info

Hi,
My mortgage application with the Halifax is going through and I have just submitted 3 months bank statements. I have now realised that there are payments on there to my friend's credit card (he booked a holiday and I was paying my part over a few months direct) and also payments to a debt collection agency for my daughter's debt. Is this going to look like undeclared commitments and if so what is the best way to deal with it? Contact them now or wait until they contact me? My credit check will have confirmed that I don't have these outgoings but will it go against me in any way???
Panicking now please help!

it will look like undeclared commitments but provided you can evidence that they aren't if asked then you should be ok.Happily an ex mortgage broker!0

They cannot be undeclared commitments because they are not strictly contracted.
You could stop paying your daughters debt and you could stop paying your friend ( not that you'd want to obviously). It's your spare money to do what you like with and I can't see Halifax seeing it any other way.

Thanks for that - what sort of evidence would they need so that I can start gathering it - the holiday I was paying off starts Tuesday and I really want this sorting asap!!
I can probably get internet credit card statements from my friend showing the credits but my daughter is away travelling and only contacts me on an adhoc basis so that would be more difficult...any suggestions? If I can get hold of her would an email confirming it is hers be enough as she won't have access to the paperwork from where she is and I don't have access at home.
