Free Nectar Points at MY TNS

I've done about 3 surveys so far I think, should be due 300-400 points, but they don't show up in my TNS account and they've not been transferred to nectar either. Bit confused about how long it takes.

Im in the middle of testing 2 huge bottles of dishwasher gel from tns, and i received a survey about it today which will pay me 180 when they finally pay up, ive also tested kitchen rollwhich i think was bounty, nectar points do take a while to arrive but get there eventually.

If you have only registered with us after the 22nd of October, then the situation is that you are not loaded on to the MyTNS website yet as this takes some time due to the large number of new panel members we have received. This will be the reason why the system does not YET recognise your log-in details. You may still receive surveys as your information is in our database. In this case, we appreciate your patience for another week or two, by which time you will be able to login."

This is the reply I got from my email to them. Explains why I can't get in yet. Hope this helps.:)

MyTNS takes ages to process your application & they take ages to credit your nectar points..but at least you do get the points eventually. In addition I find their surveys quite interesting. I am sure they make loads of money by conducting these surveys on behalf of other companies

ok just signed up but how do i get my user name and password? do they send it to you when your application has been accepted?

your user name is your email address ,well mine is anyway

yes you will hear from them if you are successful and be able to log in

As an employee of TNS, I'm glad to hear that, we do try!

Unfortunately it's hard to have all the points etc updated immediately, and process all the new members of the panel, as there are so many different people involved, and so many different studies going on at any one time, but we do our best, and we really do appreciate people taking time to fill in the surveys, so thank you everyone who's a member!!!
