This does seem to be the case in Glasgow, just going by what im seeing when we were looking, the last few places weve seen have all went for 5-10% above valuation report which just wouldnt happen this time last year0

Why is it good news for the housing market? Lets say this rate of increase did for some reason continue does it benefit the market when virtually nobody can afford to buy???
