Loan co and wrong telephone number

Wonder if anyone can help me.
Noworries loans keep ringing my house looking for my Ex that has not lived with me for over a year.
They have his correct address but he is giving them my landline number. I have text him telling him to stop giving my phone number out but to no avail.
Everytime they call I tell them they have the wrong telephone number, but I'm getting between two and four calls a day. It's getting ridiculous.
I have sent the company an email telling them to remove my telephone number and to stop ringing or I will seek advice about harrassment.
My question is can I threaten them with harrassment or am I limited to disconnecting my phone so I can't hear it ring or changing my telephone number altogether.
Thank you for your help

They already have it....I think
They rang in the daytime last week and I told them they had the wrong telephone number, 5 minutes later the same woman rang back and said "Oh I have just spoken to him and he confirms this number" So I told her in no uncertain terms that I didn't care what he had told her, this was not his telephone number, he could not answer it and it was not even in the address he had given. I told her to confirm that with BT if she so wished.
I am guessing that they need a landline number for the application and his address obviously does not have one.0 -
talk to bt see if they have any suggestions, although i suspect your best way out of this is to change your number and go ex directory, a pain i know but less hassle than being called several times a day.0
