I want to buy a kingsize bed, decent mattress, bedside table and chester drawer. I cant afford over £500. Any recommendations please? Any sales going on?

I really don't mind. As long as its comfortable. Max I can afford is £600. I can't go over it, though.0

In that case it would probably work out cheaper getting the bed from a bed retailer, then buying the bedside tables from a furniture retailer.
If I were you, for the bed I would stay away from big brand names and big chain stores if you want good quality at a low price, and shop on line from a seller who gives a proper satisfaction guarantee that allows you to actually unpack and sleep on the mattress. This way it is in their interest to make sure that you make the right choice the first time.0 -
Hiya, do you know any small bed retailer that I can use? I am in Milton Keynes if this helps.

and do they still have their own odd sizing that means you can't ever replace any part with something non ikea?0

I agree the Malm range from Ikea is sturdy and good value for money.
My Daughter bought this range and bought a latex mattress and she says its the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in.
Furniture looks good toomake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
