    Morning all,
Gonzo I hope your lo gets better quickly.
My head is pounding again, bloomin' weather.

On the plus side, DH and I spoke last night and have agreed to do a DMP plus the one he is in and getting charged a fee for (grr) looks like it has been mismanaged as the debt should be paid off by now, but he still owes on it and they can't explain where £1500 of it has gone!
Fingers crossed we'll get that back, must say kudos to National Debt Helpline as they have been fantastic!

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

:j Aside from the headache I feel awesome, it's a relief and kind of feels good to know we won't be paying exorbitant interest fees on some things, but still paying back what we owe.
Can you get a joint basic bank account, or do we need seperate ones?

    Thank you :D:D:D:D:D

Yes you can. We got one with Barclays. Crap credit rating between us but the account has a debit card and an emergency 'overdraft' of £150. Best thing we ever did.
