I was sure that I read something about these on here recently but have searched and can't find what I am looking for. When I was at school in the 1970's we used to make Raspberry buns in Domestic Science - they were like a cross between a biscuit and a scone and had a little blob of raspberry jam in the middle of them. I have searched google for a recipe and can't find the right one - either it is just a scone mix or a yeasted version. Can anyone help or point me in the direction of the right link? Thanks!!
