Hi, after seeing your post, I went back to read your first post to get a picture of what you're going through. Poor you! How many tribunals have you had?
I'm awaiting a tribunal hearing, but I think it will be ages still. Even then, I'm expecting that I will be in for a very long and drawn out process, such as yourself.
As per your original post, its all about the kids. Lets hope all of this grief that you and I and others out there going through appeals and tribunals will end successfully for the children!
Good luck!0 -

I took the CSA to the tribunal about 3 yrs ago, had three mettings as they were adjourned due to nrp not turning up and him also not giving correct information. My original reason for taking csa to tribunal was not upheld but result was soooo much better. He has ended up owing me thousands of pounds, which i have yet to get. I have had the debt made into a legal debt and also have arranged for one of his properties to have a charge put on it. I am also no trying to arrange for a forced sale. He is now taking the case back to the tribunal as the CSA have made a !!!! up on calculations, which would probably mean that his owings to me are poss gonna be reduced by a few hundred, but when we get there, i will point out yet again, that the new figures he has submitted are full of holes. I just soooo cant wait. He thinks that I am stupid, but i do know what I am talking about. He is the fool for not supporting his kids in the first place. He says that he has no money, but manages to have 4 houses and has done them all up pretty high spec. As long as you get all your information together correctly and make notes you stand a good chance. The tribunal people are absolutely brilliant and fair, or at least the ones i have seen have been. good luck0 -

Oh dear how depressing:( I thought the tribunals decision was final! Hope you get the outcome you are looking for. Glad to hear the tribunal service are fair, hopefully they will see through the lies and allegations that are being made. I'm finding it all so depressing and am also thinking when will it all end, shes so convinced we are loaded that I can't see her ever believing the facts.0
