LX Direct Help Needed!

Hi,
I ordered 2 sheets from lx direct using a £10 off and free delivery code that i recieved in the post. The order went through but i have not had my money refunded back to my card. I have rung and emailed them and first they said that i didnt have a flexible account so wouldnt get a refund. I pointed out that the leaflet didn't state this. Now they're saying that because the order was 2 pence under £10 i dont qualify for the refund. When i placed the order over the phone i wasn't told about this the lady said the code was valid and i would get my money back on the order. I dont know what to do now, theyre being very stubborn and rude over the phone and email
