I'm thinking that because it came from the Food Standards Agency and loads of us got one but don't know where from, perhaps it's a government awareness thing and every household in the country got one or will be getting one.

I got one in post when i got in-jolly usefull little freebie wherever it came from. It looks like a promotion run, sponsored by the food standards people. I did wonder if it had come from a Food website such as British Turkey or CannedFood, as I have entered their comps, and I have done surveys on groceries . I like that even the accompanying marker pen has a magnet on it-it will help me keep it near the planner.
