Hi guys,
I wonder if anybody can help me, i would like to buy a property at auction but i need to do some reseach regarding the timescales of getting a mortgage.
When buying at auctions i will need to complete within 30 days, so is there any company that specialises in these type of transactions?
or could i go with any mortgage company?

Some companies are not happy to lend on auctions sales. there is no one particular mortgage company I could recommend to you as I know nothing of your circumstances. Try the following site - it won't give you mortgage advice, but it will give you plenty of other info and support http://www.propertyauctions.biz/public/auctionpress.aspI am a Mortgage Adviser
