:mad: I've been having the same trouble! Yesterday, I thought I would get a credit rating report, and ordered what I thought I wanted - the 30 day free trial, giving my credit card details. I then realised it was a credit report without the useful tips, so went back and ordered that, which is a one off and costs about £14 odd. I then tried to cancel the first subscription. I went round and round their website, sent an email which came back saying they can't reply and to use the website, rang the number on the website which is a system of choices and no way to get to an advisor, made a choice which told me they are busy and call back later or use the website, went back on the website and filled in the frequently asked questions one of which is "How can I cancell" I was promised an email which I have not got. I have just rung one of the numbers given by your respondent, got a human who passed me onto another extension, and at this present time I have been holding on for 12 minutes so far, and I supsect they will not answer. Let me know if YOU get a reasonable response. I will NEVER GO NEAR THIS COMPANY AGAIN!0 -
Me again! I rang the 0800 number again, and said I had been holding on a long time and was anyone going to answer. She put me through again, and I got a response in 24 minutes! She cancelled my subscription and I have got an email confirmation a couple of minutes later. Thanks DarkConvict. But I wonder how many people have money taken wrongfully by this company, because they deliberately make it hard to cancell a subscription.0

Experian/CallCredit (same people) are easy, i've done it twice.
Never tried with these people yet.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

The 0844 number was on hold for a long time before I gave up. So much for a free trial! The 0800 number I got from saynoto0870 didn't work. The above 0800 worked and I got someone answering straight away so thanks for that.0

Hi,
I was on hold for 40 minutes before speaking to an operator to cancel. And they called it customer service...!!!!!!!!If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
