Hello everyone! I was wondering if anybody had a discount code for 24-7 electrical that they may have used recently or heard about. They seem to be hard to come by on the internet. Thanks for your help.

I have got to say that 247 electrical is not the most reliable site for actually having stock that they have advertised.

I placed an order with them and I was told that it was due to be delivered to them and then dispatched to me on three different occasions. When I never received my order, I asked for a refund. This took over a month to come though...you have been warned.

I order online all the time, the worst experience I had was with this bunch of jokers. Took months to get my money back when they sent the wrong item. They never answer emails or return calls, they take your money very quickly but never seem to quite manage the refund side.
I would never use them again.

I have to reiterate other people's advice to steer clear of 24-7 Electrical. I ordered a hi-fi from them which arrived in double-quick time. However I soon discovered that it wasn't working properly so I told them, they collected it by courier within a few days and then never gave either a replacement or refund.

I spent literally hours on hold trying to speak to people, was lied to by several people who I did manage to get through to, sent numerous letters and eventually had to reclaim my money via the Small Claims Court.

Dreadful, dreadful customer service - don't do it - however cheap they are it's just not worth it!
