housekeeping and soa ?

my oh gives me £800 per month to pay bills , food , clothes , mob.phone car , etc ... where would i put this figure on a soa ?
lloyds is my main unsecured debtor and oh pays housekeeping thru his personal acc , also od , which comes from buisness acc, also od , ....would lloyds stop this , or should i get him to move his personal acc ....?

If his personal account is in his name only then no, Lloyds are not likely to close this. Bear in mind though that Lloyds T&C's (and all others) state they can close any account they like for any reason and whenever they like. So whilst highly unlikely anything is a possibility.

As to your OHs contribution, there is a section on the BR forms asking for his contribution to the household. Ensure that what he is giving you counterbalances for what is going out for him. If it covers a mobile in his name then deduct his bill from his contribution and the SOA so it doesn't appear anywhere.
