[QUOTE Do you have any CCJs (aside from the liability order for council tax)? [/QUOTE - Tixy I think Council Tax is dealt with in the magistrates court so won't count as a CCJ as the term CCJ only applies to judgements in the County Court.
But I agree with the question.

Without completing a full SoA, you have almost certainly not included all your costs.

I know. But Bradley referred to having 1 CCJ (and I was trying to ascertain whether he has any CCJs or just the LO) - I should have put in addition to the LO to be clearer!

    Rossendales Total £3,753.93

Okay you need to get these into priority, first any mortgage or rent arrears, then any council tax (especially council tax with a liability order. Next comes gas & elec then water (I see you have a few of these).
Then after all those comes the regular consumer debt (cards, loans, catalogues etc).

Do you have any CCJs (aside from the liability order for council tax)?
Are any of the debts secured (on a vehicle or other asset).

It would also help to know what you are paying (or what you should be paying to each one of these debts).

I have another CCJ which I pay £1 per week to Barclays.

I will complete the normal SOA used tonight...then you can see what should be paid. I use the word should specifically...
  • Guys and girls,

Can i just take this oppurtunity to thankyou so far...some good ideas in the blue writing there...

Not sure what I can do with sky but will give them a ring tonight...

Car Insurance is the cheapest we could get for 1 car. Im on it as a provisional as Im learning...it adds £10 per month on our premium but they want £110 to change it back to just the wife so its not worth it with 8 months left.

Yh C.Tax is a LO, Barclays is a CCJ!

    Thanks everyone

    Brad
