Tesco have lost my vouchers

I am in a terrible state. I sent in my tesco clubcard vouchers records delivery and tesco now claim they have lost them. The tell me they do not have either the vouchers or the form I sent them and they might have been shredded. The morning they sent me less than half of the deals I claimed. How they sent these without the form I dont know. I cannot find out more until Monday. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I always photocopy my vouchers before I send them out so I can tell them what serial numbers they had.

I am sure they will sort this for you. If you tell them that you have received half the deals so they must have the form and some of the vouchers somewhere, you may be putting them on the right track to sorting it out. The fact they have told you they lost them and might have shredded them makes me think they will honour them but clearly they need to sort out the muddle.

I photocopied mine too, just in case.

Bossyboots is probably right and they are still sorting it, but they should have a record of the vouchers you have been sent and be able to match them up?

They can actually track which clubcard vouchers you have used/not used if you call them up. They did this with us and it was sorted out very quickly :T Good on them, shame about the rude store staff where I am :rolleyes:

Thanks for your words of encouragement I feel much better about it now, it never occurred to me to photocopy them. It does now!!
