ive recently broken my foot and will be immobile for a couple of months at least, i have complications that may not permit me to ever return to work as a self employed carpenter, which has been my profession for the last 34 years, im am now 50 yrs old, i have credit card debts of £6000,a personal loan on which the balance is also£6000,i have an inland revenue bill of£1500, and i am £1000 overdrawn on my current acount,so £14500 total debt, i have no savings or assets, all my life i have lived for the moment and spent money on backpacking trips and generally having a good time and i dont regret one minute of it, i am now recieving income support of £64 per week, getting housing benefit and council tax help. any helpful suggestions on the best way to proceed with my debt management would be gratefully recieved. thanks
