The very best chocolate I have ever eaten is from Lidl. They do a selection of high cocoa solid ones (these have been proven to to be good for the heart). My favourite so far is the 60% one. The 70% is obviously the best but does not taste so smooth. If you are a real chocoholic go for thr 46%. They are about 79p for a large block. A month or so back I was getting the most wonderful chocolate from Quality Save for about 30p. It had orange pieces in it, very high quality and made in Switzerland (a famous make I can't remember).

I second Lidl as selling the best chocolate, I usually buy the basic 48p bar but is is the best chocolate I have ever tasted, similar to Lindt only better :p

Both Asda's and Tesco's own smartprice/value Plain choc is V GOOD. Got a higher cocoa solid content than cadbury's or their own higher priced brand.

Bit late this but that was the name I was thinking about for the lovely chocolate I got from Quality Save - Lindt.

Trouble with Quality Save though is that there is no continuity. I just know they will never have the orangy chocolate again. I hoarded it and wouldn't let anyone have any

Farmfoods are selling Kit Kat Chunky's 5 for £1, what with the tubs of Ben and Jerry's Ice cream for £1 a tub, my diet is shot to hell :)
