Sometimes there's someone who hasn't decided where they want to go yet, who will use their code to play around and see if what you want is available.

My mum might still have her code, but I can't offer to check availability until after 8pm tonight sorry, got to go out.

sorry pretty new here, i am looking for a particular date and park, but dont have a priority code as yet, have added my name to list on other forum when i found out about it,,, i collected vouchers, but figured it might go pretty quick, can any one check availability for me? really trying to get away this year as daughter and me had pretty rough last few years so far, cheers

Can anyone help me? I booked La Croix Du Viex Pont through the Sun holidays on 15 April 10 and as of yet have still not had confirmation. Have tried to contact the hotline no which is no longer in use. Can anyone advise if they have booked a holiday with the sun and had their confirmation through yet. Thanks.

Did you get email confirmation, I have just got written confirmation, you could check your bank account to see if money has gone then at least you would know the booking has been accepted. I just come back from here last night, lovely campsite much better than any in Britain (and I have been to loads), lots to keep you busy without all the slot machines and bottomless pockets you need for places like haven, in fact there wasn't any slot machines anywhere on site, lots of sleepy villages and very near the frontline of WW1. I even had duck visitors at my caravan.
The bookings are done with keycamp/eurocamps so you could try phoning them to see if its gone through or try CS on 0844 406 0421. Probably the better option as when I called eurocamp last week about upgrading they just totally blanked me out and said there was no availability (worried about sleeping in a cold tent with bad weather due) so contacted sun number and they couldn't help me enough and were happy to give me a free upgrade to a villa nova which I was extremely grateful for as the weather was cold and inclement. Hope that helps. Anyone who is not travelling by car, I have details for buses and trains if you want to let me know. Will definately go again, just wish I had booked this time instead of Mullion in Cornwall.

Not always.We have been to La Croix 3 times with the sun. First 2 times was with Eurocamp, and the last time was with Siblu!

Hi guys,
I had to book by post as I have a large family. I posted straight away, used my priority envelope and forms, and so far have heard nothing! Zip, Zilch Nada...! Thet havent taken the money, havent returned the cheque, and have disabled their helplines. Should I be worried? Im only concerned because they make you write your address and card number on the back of the cheque, wouldnt want that in the wrong hands....
