Ideas for soba noodles

I've just cleared out my kitchen cupboards in an attempt to use up what we've got and found an unused packet of soba noodles. I obviously bought them with something in mind but of course, I can't remember what it was
Any yummy ideas of how I can use them up?
Thanks

Noodle soup! Cook the noodles, infuse some chicken stock with chilli (and lemon grass if you have it) while warming it up, wilt some spinach and/or pak choi. Bung together and eat. One of my favourite meals

I love soba noodles cooked and then cooled as a packed lunch. Just cook them following the instructions on the packet, then cool under running water, then make a dipping sauce with some soy sauce, sesame oil, a splash of rice vinegar/white wine vinegar, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Mix well, then eat greedily!2015 comp wins - £370.25

I did use them once instead of spagetti for bolognaise when I ran out of pasta!
I have also used them for a warm noodle/chicken salad. 0
