2010 Allowed Expenditure ??

Hi,

I am desperately trying to find the updated spreadsheet that shows the average allowed expenditure in a SOA. I have read it in one of the post on here in the past but can't find it.

I am trying to work out if I should go back to work (earning £45k+) or remain on benefits until AD. I need to estimate what i would have to pay through an IPA.

Thanks.

Akpsi.

I accidently thanked you, I was aiming for the quote button. I too am slightly amazed and disappointed by your last sentence.

Why not pop to Barbados for a week or so first whilst you decide! A slightly cavalier attitude if i may say so!!

This has to be a windup, the question beggars belief, To summarise 'should I work for a living to pay off my debts or should I leech off the system'

If its not a windup I would seriously hope anyone would give second thoughts to paying such a salary to a person with such a cavalier attitude towards their responsibilities.

go back to work..... you will have a much more comfortable lifestyle on your surplus after an IPA than any benefit in the land.

Not to mention that if you can work you SHOULD work......i work and subsusidise those that genuinely can't which is fair enough..... don't take the P**s.

I am glad to see that everyone is being non judgemental!

What is the difference between staying out of work until AD to avoid an IPA and going abroad for that period (as I know many people that do that to avoid the IPA) I have never seen a negative response when people say there going to australia or new zealand??

I too am very disappointed at your responses.

I`m sorry but when you put a post up like this it is going to wind people up, not a case of being judgemental, but read your OP again and then think of everyone on here who is struggling to make ends meet. I am surprised you have not been crucified to be honest:(

Yeah, fair point. I didn't mean to upset anyone as that was clearly not my intention. Apologies for my post.

you will find that even if you go abroad you will still have to comply with any of the OR request wether it is an IPA or not and you will still have to justify your monthly expenditure. Also not complying with your duty as a BR you risk the wrath of the OR and trust me it doesn't worth it !

people are being judgemtal here because you are trying to avoid taking your own responsability
