CSA arrears question

ok folks ive dealt with CSA for years and been on a DEO since Nov 2006.
I got my DP file, has anybody managed to work this thing out? I thought my Virgin TV bill was bad......lol
also can anyone explain why CSA will take the word of a PWC over a NRP, basically I ended up in arrears after my ex stated i never gave her any money although it was cash in hand, do the CSA ask her for written evidence or just word at face value??
has anybody successfully challenged this?

neither you or her can prove money was paid so that's how she can get away with telling csa she didn't get anything from you. A bit rubbish but if there's no proof there's not alot you can do.0

if thats the case why do they take her word and not the nrp? and do they get it in writing that she never recived any money?0

I agree, it isn't great, but the CSA only look at the childs needs when making assessments, it doesn't come down to believing either parent, they can't be put in that position, they can only deal with factual evidence.
I do feel sorry for those who blindly paid by cash then years later come unstuck, it is immoral that a PWC can lie in these circumstances no matter what has happened.
Their are some pretty greedy bitter NRP and PWC's in this world! I would like to think that they will one day get a good dose of 'what goes around comes around'0 -
how can they deal with factual evidence if its the same as my factual evidence....lol
anyway not to worry, arrears nearly paid off (well unless CSA think up another amount)
was just in a ranting mood last night...lol0
