Argos Default Notice but no Termination

    One other creditor has already terminated an agreement on the back of a dodgy DN, not heard anything from them for 2 months now after i accepted their unlawful recession of contract.

    if argos have already issued a default as you say it can take a few months for the default to be put onto your credit file as n.i.d says one default = one debt so if they have given a dodgy default then they are not allowed to issue another one i think i am right in saying :)

    They can still issue a compliant DN if they have not yet terminated......;)

    That's why you don't let them know they've sent you a dodgy DN.....:D
