HELP with understanding credit report

I am abit confussed and was wondering if anybody could help me.
I was delcared bankrupt 2nd sept 2008 and discharged on 2nd september 2009.

I have been looking at me credit report and Iam finding it hard to understand.

Since being delcared bankrupt I had to open a new bank account. All old accounts were supposed to be closed.

On my credit report some off the loans,cards etc that I included in my Bankrupcty order show like this :

    Both are incorrect.

    The default dates should be your BR date or before. One is incorrect by just a few days, but the other is several months out.

    Also on both, they still list an outstanding current balance. The current balance should be marked as settled/satisfied. Perhaps with an indicator to say a partial settlement, which is acceptable for a BR debt. HSBC normally do that.
