Credit Cards to Limit how to get Cheaper Debt

Hi
My credit cards at at their max with a few pound left on them. I am trying to reduce my debt and wondering if there is any way I can do this with my credit cards given they full. I have applied recently for a new card and was refused, so a bit scared to try again.
Advice needed please.

If you are going into more credit every month and applying for more, your on a down hill spiral. Post up your SOA and we'll see if we can help you budget.
