Breville One Cup Variable £46.66

I've been waiting to get this for about two months (possibly longer). Amazon were offering it at a good price, but I didn't have the money to buy it.., by the time I did, the price had gone up by £20. Its now actually a lower price than when I first saw it so I've grabbed one. This is a link to the Breville One Cup with a variable measure button (so u can alter how much water comes out according to the size of your cup). Its supposed to be better than the Tefal version because it actually does boil the water before it comes out the dispenser (with Tefal, the water is NOT boiling). It takes about 30 seconds for the water to come out the dispenser and I believe will save me money because I am only boiling the water I need for a cup.., not a guessed at amount as u do with a normal kettle.

I had one of these but returned it the same day as it was soooo noisey. I now have the Tefal one cup, which although still makes a noise, is nowhere near as bad as the breville..I also find that the temperature of the Tefal water is more than adequate for making a cuppa (if it's not boiling, it's very near to) Just my experience of both models, and hope it helps
