I am in the throws of sorting out debts.... and stuff
So a couple of questions
I seem to remember that on here are some template letters asking for CCa etc. I cannot seem to find them can anyone point me in the right direction please.
The lightbulb moment arrived last sat morning when a ccj application form arrived
I owe capital one £8500, I have unsuccesfully ignored them for a year or so with my head buried in the sand. (as you do) I was paying PPI on that card and when I took the card in 2004 was unemployed. I only started working again this christmas. As such I think that the PPI was miss sold and I shouldnt be liable for that part of the balance.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks Shead head
