C.S.A arrears. Where is my money its been collected.??

Long story short- My exes N.H.S payroll office which is in INDIA!!. are always late at sending my money to the C.S.A despite taking the money weekly from his wages. I am missing 2 months payments soon to be 3. The C.S.A claim the payroll office is avoiding their calls. I am continually calling the C.S.A and pleading , even crying down the phone to them to do something as i have bills to pay and a child to feed. I even phoned his payroll office myself and they said there was no way they would not get back to the C.S.A within 3 working days. I am always asking them to call me back and they never do. Also did any of you realise that these big companies send in bulk payments monthly even when its collected weekly so they will be getting all that interest on our money. Apparently its common practice and quite legal for them to do so.!. What the hell is wrong with this world?. I even called the Sun newspaper to tell them this is going on but they didn't think it was news worthy!!

Have you checked with the payroll that they have the correct reference number? Reason I ask is that there is a poster on here, who has received all of the payments made by one of these large companies and the CSA can't track down whose money it is - it belongs to lots of people but they have only appeared to put one reference number on it.
  • Have you considered a private arrangement? You could be in a far better position, even if the agreed amount is a little less.

I don't think his payroll office is under any obligation to talk to you.

Im well aware of that and personally cant see a problem with companies making one payment even if someone is paid weekly.

I used to get pay weekly and arranged a voluntary deo with the CSA. my employer took the money each week and sent it to the CSA by the 19th of the following month. Not really sure what the problem is.?
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    Hi
From what i can remember it has to reach them by the 19th of the following month like borders dude said until that date passes they wont usually make any effort to check on it.

The CSA will not check at all if you do not chase them for it  I had this issue and was told that it was only after 6 months of missed payments that they would take action off their own bat, otherwise I would have to ring them every time there was a missed payment.
